Plenty of good fish being taken this week as fish began to keep coming off the top and just below the surface, as the temperatures began, at long last, to rise.The insect life has been prolific and small black spiders,greenwells,Cdc and buzzer patterns have all done well.On the lures its been the normal yellow dancer and damsel type patterns which have pulled fish when its been a clittle cooler.best fish of the week Fell to lady angler and reguler,Dena Cruickshank with a beauty at just below the 10lb mark at 9lb 13ozs which was overwintered,Ian Munro weighed in a nice 7lb 1oz fish,Among James Sutherlands group outing,a nice 7lb 5ozs fish was the heaviest.Bob Alexander had a good day with 28 fish and a 7lb and 8lb fish among them,Brian Christie had 41 with 6 of them well over 4lbs,Cosmo Stewart and Ian Wilson both had fish of 5lbs,Sean Cowan fishing size 16,s and 18,s dry fly had 21 fish,Bill Gregg had 11,Jimmy George had a nice 4lb 14oz fish,peter Green had 15 fish,Willie Petrie from Dunkeld had 16 fish,Graham Hartley had 16.Jim Eddie had 11 and 20 fish on 2 outingsand Mike Matthews had 11.On the coarse loch fish began to react to warmer climes and neil Corbett had carp to 2lbs 8ozs and also a nice golden orfe to 1lb 8ozs and bream aswell.Tony Hunt had carp to 5lbs.
