Loch of Fyvie, at Fyvie Castle


I know it is not a water photo but thought I would add one of Fyvie Castle, my country `but and ben', I wish.


Sorry Mike, just re-read your original post, Loch of Fyvie is hardly a fishery.
Does anybody get to fish there.
Never seen a great deal of fish movement but the last few times I have been there a couple of cormorants were regularly diving in and out.

sorry, spelling error Mike. i meant to write 'The Dob'...     

managed a few weeish troots in that area and a 5 or so lb. kelt in the riffles to the left of the pic on a Stoatstail that Ben gave me
