kevlar buzzers

i have been tying kevlar buzzers to make them super tuff, i use a straw color kevlar, color marking pen the back top half of the fly, that way you easily get two colors in one swipe. add holographic tinsel where you would normally put the goose biot, for a brighter head area. as you add the super glue over the fly watch the color swipe that you added blend and glow over the fly. this allows you to get the minute colors that you want , and they are trapped under the glue. leach flies are pine squirrel and mink zonker strips, also tied with kevlar. let me know what you think . pete

Hi Pete :z16

Thanks for the photos. Yes, nice, just goes to show that catching trout on one side of the pond isn't so different to catching them on the other side ...... it's a small world :wink

Best wishes
Mike
