River Urie

Had a go at the Urie tonight starting at the bridge in Inverurie, plagues of flys and I mean thick clouds which were great to see. Fished the water for an hour only catching bandies so got out to walk and spot for better fish. Heard one rise from a big fish and seen a few which may have been decent but no takers. Beautifull evening though :grin. Will try again soon as im sure its got potential.

Also, what like would the number of salmon entering the river be like?
