Easter
« on: 05/04/2009 at 15:31 »
Hi folks

We are heading up to our cottage in county Norrbotten to celebrate coming Easter.
Hopefully the weather will be sunny so we can be out ice fishing, make a wee fire, grille sausage and boil coffee.
Easter suppers for us is like, spicy rosemary lamb, reindeer steaks with chantarelles, and pepper salmon, eggs of course, good wines, few ales and some “water of life”

Do you Scottish celebrate Easter? I don’t mean in religious way.
Aye, you have the opportunity to be out with your flyrod.  :grin

Nice Easter to all of you.  :z18
