Renzetti presentation 3000 vice. 6 months old, perfect condition complete with original box, hex keys, bobbin cradle etc.
This is a fantastic piece of kit and i love it too bits, but due to a change in what i'm likely to be tying i need something that will cope with larger flies as well.
I bought this vice as i tie small flies and it is perfect for hooks from 8 - 28 with a specially designed head to allow lots of room around small hooks. it will cope with hooks from size 4 - 32 with ease, it is very comfortable to use and i also have a 3" extension (included) for the stem to bring it up to eye level if you require it. Its a vice that will last a lifetime.
Unfortunatley i now need something more general to cope with larger hooks as well, as i cant justify 2 specialised vices, this one must go to make way for something a little less special.

This really is a great vice and it retails at £260 (the extension is £8.50)

Its a bargain at that price.

for what you will be tying, splash out about £30 and get a Veniard No.4 Spring lever vice, very basic but, for big stuff, simplicity, & speed of loading I think it is hard to beat.  Looks crap but works very well!!
