Hi folks

Haddo is frozen solid this morning too. This is not going to clear today and the forecast is for more of the same tonight, if not colder ........ so no fishing at Haddo this weekend I'm afraid :z6

Best wishes

Look at the time you've got to concentrate on your other projects though, with every down side there's always an up side  :wink

There is an inch of water on top of the ice at Haddo this morning, but the ice is still solid ..... so no fishing today I'm afraid.

Same for Delgatie.
Weather at moment is wind and rain with a high of 2c. hopefully this will help melt the ice.

Hi folks

Same at Haddo this morning, a good skin of ice covering the loch.

I did see a few anglers fishing one of the lochs at Lochter on the way home, so they have some fishable water today.

Best wishes

Hi

With the help of a few fishers. We started to break up the ice. A good inch in some places.
It has started to thaw out and move with the flow of water which is helping a bit.
If the frost stays away tonight i think we have a good chance to fish tomorrow.
Please call before travelling

Below are few pictures i took just before coming home today

Hi all

We had a very hard frost this morning -4 at 08:00 hrs this morning
We are frozen solid.
The pictures below. The disco fish. It jumped out of the water and landed on the ice.
For how long i dont know. Their was a bit of life in it.
Craig Stephen and myself went to the rescue waders on ets
Managed to get the fish. It had a glow in the dark bangle around its body and very tight on its stomach.
Unfortunately we never managed to revive the fish.
It could of only went through the head
Its sad to see this.
