I have for sale a David Norwich HMG 9ft 5/6wt 2pc flyrod.
Its in natural Carbon with dark green whippings, a struble reel seat with cocobola insert.
Flor grade reverse 1/2 wells cork grip and single leg snakes with a fuji Sic butt ring.
This rod was built by me in 2003 and has only seen limited use. I have just refinished all the whippings so they are like new and the whole rod is in superb condition.
It comes with a plastic tube and David Norwich bag.
This is a Middle to tip action, smooth but powerful rod with a sensitive tip.
It would have been pretty much top of the game 5-6 years ago and is still not far away now.
It loves a DT5 or WF6 line and can fairly shoot a good line. Well worth a try if you are after a really nice 5/6wt
It is marked up as "The Buchan" The original having been made for my Father in law, who, believe it or not was a Buchan
