On behalf of Wayne, Lorrie & family at Midmar fIshery, a big thank you to all who attended the third charity cup competition on Sunday 14th Sept. The event was very well attended and enjoyed by everyone.
The overall winner was Glen McHattie with a total bag weight of 18lbs 7ozs, with 2nd place going to Richard McHattie at 12lbs 10ozs.
A welcome 3rd place was taken by Bob Mathers
The final total raised for the day was £2002 which was recieved by Brain Tumour UK.
This amount exceeded all our expectations, so thanks again to who all attended and to those who donated so generously to the raffle prizes which helped with the final total.
Good to see so many people out enjoying themselves for such a worthy cause.
