Hi folks
The fish are "rising", but still nymphing just below the surface at Haddo this week and the fly life has been amazing at times. Hoppers, Bobs Bits, Buzzers, Pheasant Tails, Damsels and Diawl Bachs have been on the menu.
John Rench tempted 19 fish up to 7 lb for his session, Malcom Mead 16 up to 8 lb, Walter Kerr 13 up to 14 lb and Graeme Shepherd netted 10 fish up to 6 lb. Bill Simpson, James Watt, Chris Brown and Stuart Forsyth caught fish of 10 lb or more, Dave Mundie one of 13 lb and Kevin Duguid a nice 14 lb rainbow.
A shorter report than usual perhaps
But I was away for a few days and missed quite a lot of fun from what I've been told
