5) Diawa Lochmore-X 14' 6" 10wt Double handed Salmon Rod -  rod is no spring chicken - comes with bag but no tube - cork quality in the handle is not the best (this is from the factory not due to damage/ bad use). I used this on the Dee 2 weeks ago and although it is not a top of the range rod it will cast a line and handle a fish no ploblem. An excellent rod for someone trying Salmon Fly fishing for the first time or as a back up rod. Price - we're talking in the £25.00 bracket. or less - catch me on a good day and say I'm handsome.
