9' 4weight wanted

Hi as per above, i have taken a rod with a chalkstream club this year, bank fishing only on the lower itchen, my beloved 8'#3 is struggling at times,  with the wind and the bankside vegetation... would be nice to have something with a little more poke so i am looking for a 9ft 4 weight, preferably a 4 piece but would consider a 3

Icky,

I've a redundant 4piece 9' 6" 4wt factory built Z-Axis, no warranty, great condition. That's the nearest I've got I'm afraid.
