Title: Artloch Report
Post by: Stuart at Artloch on 11/03/2008 at 19:14
The weather has played a significant part in how Artloch has been fishing recently.   Water temperature is varying almost daily, the wind direction depends upon the time of day, as does the strength of wind.   Net result, erratic feeding, including the anglers!   WSW, Damsels, Cats Whisker have generally been most successful lures, while buzzers and bloodworm have worked, but again not every day.   Intermediates are considered a must, unless you have a long leader on a floating line.

Some anglers have managed some reasonable bags considering the conditions and best bag was P Green with a dozen, including a 10lbs 2oz bow, although other larger fish have reported being released.
