Title: Artloch Report
Post by: Stuart at Artloch on 28/02/2008 at 07:07
The weather has not been kind to the anglers in the past week and the forecast for next week is even worse!

Lures, particularly WSWs and various Damsel patterns, were the most productive flies, while Buzzers have tempted trout, but intermittently.  Intermediate lines were the popular choice.

Majority of anglers have caught fish, but J Rennie, L Wood and I Sutherland have repeatedly broken double figures.  K Phillips also broke into double figures as did R Ewen who released one at circa 8lbs and another over 10lbs.   Top rod was W Rainnie with 25 using a white WSW.

Here's hoping for an incorrect weather forecast for next week............

Hi Stuart,

Good news!
I like hard conditions (that's why I married the wife) - Should be out Sunday.
