Title: Artloch Fishery
Post by: Stuart at Artloch on 04/02/2008 at 18:02
Me and my big mouth!    After a week free of ice, the loch again on Saturday and didn't clear until late Sunday, so I'm sorry for the anglers who were disappointed.   Hopefully, the loch shall remain ice free this week!

Anyway, those anglers who did visit us last week managed to tempt some reasonable fish on a wide variety of lures.   P Adam was happy with a 5lbs 3ozs bow, but was outdone by his partner B Cresswell who released 8, including a 5lbs and 7lbs 3ozs bow.   While I Sutherland released 18, with a good number in the 5 - 7 lbs range, J Rennie improved with 21, best at 7lbs.   However, P Green was top rod with 40 plus best at 9 lbs 8 ozs.
