indeed.
Tried it with another one of a different type / colour. I think this one is better - the bumblebee !

Only thing to watch James.
They  have a tendency to expand when soaked.
I takes a while but eventually the foam seems to swell up.
We’ve literally millions of them here and I’ve played with them before.
It’ll be interesting to see what you do with them :z16

I too found this but then I devised a plan  :z16 an uber light coating of UV cure glue seals the foam and they still float! If anything I actually prefer them as they sit just that we bit lower in the water which helps create more bloop  :z4 this is a must for Giant Snakehead fishing  :z16 What you're best doing however, is adding an extra lip of foam that extends over the front. The noise these things make for their size is nuts  :z12

The head is on a shank with the hook able to 'wiggle'.

Hi James,

Your frog reminded me of a weed less idea I was playing around with last year that you may find useful.

I'm unsure as to how embed the video here so I just uploaded it to YouTube with the link below.

Fred,

That will be my tidy fly tying table.

It’s tidy now though, all my stuff is in a container on its way home. Hope to get it soon. I could do with my fly tying kit during lockdown.

I'm more than happy to loan you my gear for a while. I guess it's only fair of me really... 😜

Let me know if you want it and I'll drop it off 👍
