Title: Scotland by train and foot
Post by: Joakim Karlsson on 07/11/2019 at 19:55
My wife to be brought up the subject of traveling, and we agreed upon Scotland (I had nothing to do with that decision at all..). We will go in April or may for a week.

None of us drive a car and will use public transport to get around.
I would love to fish some lochs, possibly some rivers for wild trout.
Any suggestions on accommodations with trout around the corner?

April is early enough , I believe you can get a super saver for the bus, the trains seem to be well away from hot spots, the Megabus service runs from Edinburgh and connects through the Highlands, Derek Roxborough

Thank you Derek, I’ll look into that bus service.
