Title: Wild trout near Edinburgh?

Hi! New member here, my name’s Ben and I’m from Sydney, Australia. Going to be in Edinburgh for a week with some free time between 2-5th September. Can someone please recommend a guide or areas to investigate close to Edinburgh for some decent fishing?
