Title: S-glass blanks.

Hi folks

As part of my experiments a couple of years ago, when Epic were changing manufacturers and I wanted a back up plan , I got a selection of S-glass blanks from a well known supplier. These were his new range and I got to play with the prototypes and was suitably impressed. They were designed by the guy who helped with the original Epic range and use a similar cloth, so they are very good fishing tools, unfortunately the quality wasn’t quite up to the standard I hoped. I got 6 blanks and only one was a good enough finish for me to build for a customer. However as a fishing tool they are almost as good ( as close as makes no difference) to the Epics, they just have cosmetic issues. Nothing that affects the rod in anyway, purely aesthetic.
So I’m looking to sell off the other 5 blanks
There are 2x 8ft 5wts and 2 x 7ft6” 4wts and 1x  8ft3” 6wt  as you can see

They will make up into great fishing rods and would make a superb step into the world of glass, they are also a good way to practice for anyone thinking of building something special.

I’m looking for £40 per blank incl UK postage. So a nice cheap way to get something different.

The 7'6 an d 8' blanks arrived this morning. Have to say at £40 each these are an absolute bargain and the cosmetic blemishes really aren't a concern.
