Not due for a couple of months yet but well worth having ready.

Is that a sort of wally wing going on there?? Never tried them. They look complicated.. I’m not one for complicated!!

It is a wally wing Dave, I always thought that they looked difficult to achieve, after a couple of goes, they are really not that difficult. A case of tying in the hackle at a desired point near the base with a couple of loose turns, drawing the feather backwards & then tightening the thread when you are satisfied. Trim as necessary.
