Was messing about with some picric dyed feathers a while ago and this is what came of it size 10 and 12. Body is Hends spectre dubbing and a copper wire rib. And they work!!

Now, I’ve never tried to properly wing a fly.... and tips as I would live to be able to tie an invcta....

Check out Ryan  Houston’s YouTube channel he tied and filmed this one. I  use copper wire for a bit of weight in the fly.
