Title: Artloch Fishery
Post by: Stuart at Artloch on 17/12/2007 at 22:39
While ice has affected Artloch recently, it has been good to see some of the larger fish being taken.

With the changeable conditions it is not surprising that some anglers have failed to reached double figures, but D Gillies reported returning a double figure fish and a good number of fish in the 4 - 7 lbs range have been either weighed-in or returned.   Mini-lures have been the most successful flies on either floating or intermediate lines and top rod was I Sutherland who returned 25, including 4 fish circa 5/6lbs.

The pond is currently frozen, and with the forecast that the cold spell is likely to continue until later this week, please telephone 10466 799410/700257 or 07870 651368 before travelling.

We wish you all a very merry festive season and happy and healthy new year.
