Sourh Esk, North Esk, Dee, Upper and hopefully Lower Beauly, Ness, Garry and the occasional foray for trout.
Going to be busy with work this year so hoping to cram in short notice days off as much as possible.
Can't bloody wait!

Must do :? Tricky :!
In addition to my usual suspects I need to find the time this year to:

Have a day or three fishing Loch Shiel (and perhaps the River Shiel too) as 26 seasons have passed since I last fished what were the most formative waters in making me an angler when I was growing up on Ardnamurchan; so that's a must do.

Have a good day on Menteith (I have never had a good day there yet  :z10) and get back to Lintrathen where I always have good days  :wink

Explore some new marks (to me) for Bass and Pollock

If I qualify... win all the events I enter at the World Fly Casting Championships later in the year (unlikely, but a chap can hope) and maybe win the new competition I hear is on the cards for Scone this year  :wink

Have some grand days fishing with chums, haven't fished with Sandy or Mike for a bit - that needs to be rectified  :!

That might be enough to be going on with, don't want to be too greedy  :X2

Durness in June and August, Dee in March and September. Deveron with Iain Cameron sometime early and hopefully a trip back to Beanie with Euan and maybe just maybe get a Ferox on loch Earn in 2018.

As with Euan I will be busy at work and probably spending a fair bit of time overseas this year so I will have to cram in fishing when I can.

Tight lines to everyone for the forthcoming season.

Eddie. :z18

As was said earlier make the most of the fishing as far as the legs will let me.
Keep kidding self on fishing away and forgetting that I have to walk back to the car.
Bob.

I think that this year i will stay on the lochs again, as opposed to spending the majority of my time after salmon or sea trout ( as its more productive)

I want to try and catch a 4+ wild brown on a streamer on one of my local lochs

I want to target perch and pike on the fly on some of my local lochs

Definately want to have another go on the Findhorn this year - i'll maybe try for 3 days this year

I would love to try and catch a pollock on the fly

Hope to fish more reservoirs as well as my local Blithefield. Lady Bower, Formark, Carsington. A few forays in to Wales. and the highlight of the season - a return to Assynt in June. Taking own boat and engines this time. Will try to do Assynt again in Aug to see if the trout still go mad for the Heather moth.
Can't wait.  :z18

I need to make time to be on the river more this year :z16

I also need to make time for more camping/fishing road trips ....... there are simply so many boxes that need ticking :z2

It's all about time ....... I really should get my act together :X1

Definitely one of the "to-do's" this year is fish for grayling, and luckily that's already going to be ticked off the list after this weekend on the Tweed and Esk :z16

Going to definitely try and smash my PB wild river brown this year, I'm confident I can do so.

Also really want to fish with Mike this year so I'm hoping that'll be arranged in the future, was gutted I missed the trip to the Annan.
