As my hairline has receded Derek, so (proportionally) has the size of my hats  :z16

What is wrong with an ugly hat? It is the wearers problem. It can be sorted. The face can,t.

I'm also an ugly floppy hat guy, baseball caps do Jack to protect your neck , hence red necks  :wink

This year I have taken to wearing a Merino beanie by Icebreaker and it is rapidly becoming a favourite, even on a bright day.
No street cred with the kids any more I guess  :z4

Ugly Floppy Hat and another cap arrived today. Thanks Mike. The first cap I ordered was given to my fishing buddy for Christmas, so had to order another one for me. The UFH is perfect for my fishing needs. Press studded side rims and a neck cord make it suitable for most occasions. Just looked in the mirror with the side rims studded back - cool dude  :cool:

it may be an age thing but I will definitely order the ugly floppy hat over the baseball cap thing every time.
