Hi There,

Has anybody out there a spool or two for sale for my Orvis Encounter ll fly reel?  Any help with this much appreciated! Thanks.

Good luck! I have been trying to get for a IV. Can't believe Orvis dropped the reel so quick and have no spare spools.

Try ebay etc but I had to buy a whole new reel.

Hi Darren

I use these for holding lines for testing rods, i have a few that i use for stillwater fishing as well, But i do have 2 unused spools and 2 very lightly used (mint) reels that i would part with. PM me for details if interested.

and Rob, i have 2 spools for the Encounter IV also unused, if you ever need any :z16

I have an Encounter II reel, and one spare spool.
Could part with both if anyone is on the lookout. offers?


Spool is loaded with a Barrio GT125 in 5wt


Reel and spool are in mint condition; never fished just played with on the grass.

Hey! Hope it's okey if i borrow your thread. I just picked up My fishing equipment for he summer season .. and just found out that My encounter II reel is missing the grip, arrrgh ... so if u people have one reel / 1-2 spool's over for that reel .. u gonna save my summer !!

I do live in Sweden tho,  so ofc i take all the costs for the shipping. Just let me know price !!
