Circumstances meant I did not get out as much as i would have liked to this season , however last Saturday

Beautiful morning, if somewhat misty, had a bit of rain last week so decided to go after the silver Tourists on the Ythan. I'm a very occasional Salmon fisher, but there is a decent back end run of Salmon on the Ythan. I have managed to winkle out a few over the years. however nothing doing today, no excuses water was at a near perfect height, it was a grand day to be on the river though  :cool:
