Can  anybody tell me of a UK or EU stockist of Galvan reels please? I can't seem to find anybody online at least.

I saw this post with my 1st coffee of the day, went outside and did some gardening, mulled on the query and eureka :! I'm not sure what their dealer status is but I remembered these guys sold Galvan:
