Open Friday, Saturday and Sunday up to 4hours fishing £15, up to 6 hours £17 and full day £19
Call / text 07799607600 or email haddotroutfishery@outlook.com , www.haddotroutfishery.co.uk                                           Evening fishing available during the week (on request)

With the fishery only recently re-opening from the winter the weather has seen some drastic changes from snow to summer temperatures rivalling and even surpassing some of our Mediterranean holiday destinations
Fish have been seen rising in both the shallows taking insects off the margins and full leaps in deeper parts of the lake, with this being seen in the week I thought this was sure to be a good weekend for the Anglers. Not to be I’m afraid, the high winds over the weekend seem to push them down and become very picky at what they wanted to go for  , The CSSC angling club from Aberdeen had a tough time with only 4 fish between them some really slow takes that made you second guess it was a take at all.
A fresh stock last week they would have now settled well and should be ruffling up those that weathered the winter. It’s really good to see the fish surfacing and starting to move around a lot more.

Fritz, buzzers and nymphs with a slow retrieve seem to be doing the business. Photo's to follow
