Title: Strip, strip, pop, slash!

6 Pike on surface poppers last night in 2 hours fishing. The water was like a bath and the Pike were 'aving it. Nothing big, maybe 6lbs at a push, but mentally angry when hooked and pulling line off a 9 weight.

Nice to be out after them again.

Bass on Friday I hope!

I was up to my oxters in water and as they were only small fish I did not bother.

Playing with an iPhone with wet slimy hands would only end up with me crying as I fish about with my feet looking for it ;)

Hope to be back as the bow waves heading towards the fly gets the old ticker racing a bit.
