Title: Pitfour Fishery Report

There has been a couple of good weeks Fishing at Pitfour with a few big brownies being caught. Buzzers, hoppers daddies and sedge have been the best flies the last few weeks.

Mike Daniel had 17 fish on his two visits.  Ian Christie had 12 fish over three sessions including a 2 3/4lb Brownie and a 5 1/2lb rainbow on dry flies. Russ Bebbington had a 3 1/2 brownie on a mayfly. Bill Stephen had a 5lb2oz rainbow, Mike Donaldson had 17 fish over his stwo days fishing including a 4lb brownie. Mark Kirkwood had a 12 1/2 rainbow on a orange blob. Mike Stewart had 7 rainbows 2 blues and a brownie with his biggest fish being 5lb.

The coarse fishery has continued to fish well with maggotts and sweetcorn working best.
