Title: Which Bario Line
Post by: bothylad on 11/06/2014 at 01:34
I am returning to Aberdeen from Australia for a holiday in August-September and need a new fly line. As I can't take all my gear home with me I'll be restricted to fishing Stillwater fisheries. I prefer using a #7/8 rod with a floating line and a long fluorocarbon leader fishing buzzers or a Klink Hammer with two suspended buzzers below it.
Any advice on a floating line would be appreciated.

hiya,
basically, any of Mike's lines would be great but your 'long leader' specification would make me go for a 7wt SLX.
you won't regret it whether on stillwaters or anywhere else, these are seriously awesome lines  :z16
cheers,
marc

Thanks Marc,
I'll take your advice. The 7 weight  SLX it will be.
Many thanks for the quick reply.
