Still working out fine details. I managed a few hours on Saturday evening for Pike, getting one of about 8 pounds and having a nice fish come adrift when it went airborne...but not in a tube.

Being the fool I am I have accepted the Queens Shilling again so am back in green with a fair few training weekends coming up so realistically I would now suggest October time when the fish are starting to go on the feed for a proper weekend attack on some big waters.

Meanwhile, I am going to give a few local waters a bash if interested, probably on Friday afternoons until darm.
