Currently underway in Halle, Germany. I thought the results of Single hand Fly Distance may be of interest to you all. Please find them attached below :)

EV 6 {T120} was today, and World champion is Henry Mittel, USA  :z12

Some big distances there, any idea what the condition were like?

Looking at the distances, for the most part probably slightly above wind legal, but not by much. Wind legal is 3m/s or around 6mph.

The full World Championship results are below. As you can see, it's on a whole other level in comparison to what happens in the UK at present. You really have to be truly exceptional just to get into a final, never mind finishing in the medals!

Could you explain the "wind legal" thing Peter.  Not heard of that before.

Regardless of conditions, some very serious distances there with the T120.

The wind has to be less than 3 m/s in the distance events, in order for a World Record cast to be valid. I use it as a benchmark for comparing my own performance, as it stands at that moment in time, to where I actually want to be in the run up to a tournament.
