Looks like another well known name is going to be no-more.

I've just be getting informed that Struble Reel seats will be closing down soon.
I guess the Chinese are impacting the general market with pac-bay et-all.
I think the only big fish left in the Specialist Nickel/Alloy market will be REC. The rest are small concerns like Bellinger and Lemke.
I also suppose much of the custom market builders are making their own reel seats, so perhaps it was inevitable :z8

Either way its another loss and less choice for those of us who don't own a nice lathe.

Bugger. Must rake out that blank I've got and make a start on it before all the companies have gone out of business!
