Title: Hardy Sintrix
Post by: Kentru on 12/01/2013 at 09:56
I am thinking of buying one of the new Hardy Sintrix rods.
9'-6" aftm #6, has anyone tried one yet?

Any advice would be good.
Ken.

Welcome to the forum Ken, moved your post to this section for tackle talk  :z16

I have tried only a couple of the Sintrix rods (not the one you mention) for a few minutes and they were very nice indeed.
Hopefully someone on the forum will have had more experience with them than me.

Hi Ken,

9' #6 & 9'6" #6 are really very nice.  Fairly stiff and quite fast but not lacking in feedback if that makes any sense?

Cheers

Ben

Waggled one last Saturday and I did not break it for once! Have to say the quality of finish was very good indeed, something I have not said about hardy for a long time.

Thanks to all for the info.
Managed to secure a 9' #6 one for a good price.
Will give an update when I've tried it.
