Nope sorry, but looks the kind of thing that you could knock up easily enough.  Plastic drainage pipe and velcro strap?

Have a look at www.scotty.com the do all sorts of rod holders, they have ones similar to the photo you posted. A look through there list of dealers has turned up a few that will hopefully deliver to you.

Thnak you for help. Unfortunately we do not have JMC distributors here.

Also very bad situation with distributors of Scotty.com in Europe, few does not exit, few almost do not have anything, other  :cry I found in one shop in Germany, http://s407743468.online.de/cms/cms/front_content.php?idart=269 but they do not have online shop. i wrote email them to see any other solution for payment, and temporary wait answer.

Could this holder be used, simply attaching with bungee straps as the holes are already drilled?

This is another one that I think might work if you used bungee straps round the bladder?
