Title: A backyard in nowhere dvd
Post by: Noel Kelly on 09/12/2011 at 20:08
This looks different. From the trailer it's a new and high budget attempt at a fly fishing movie.
Have a look :z5

looks good Noel.  :z16

The sort of thing I'd like to do but being so purty n'all the natives would make me feel uneasy.  :shock

Sieger :z16 That's what I was hoping for. Someone who had seen it. Is it  for real or scripted?

Iain...I'm stumped to come up with a reply to that one :z4

It looks real live to me.... think some things can't be scripted here...  :z4

Anyway I loved It.... Where "the pursuit of the Waterwolf" was "just" on catching big pike, this dvd is more about the adventure, being there, local "culture" and catching really great pike....

Just watched the movie.
Excellent film - great scenery, engaging people, crazy drunk locals and most of all, HUGE pike.  :z16
Makes me want a 9' #9 even more now!

Just watch it!

Thought I saw they use an 9' #8 ... Stopped one scene at the beginning... Looking at the pictures it was a Loop opti saltwater....  ???

Thoroughly enjoyed it and even she who must be obeyed watched it with some interest  :z16
Wee bit strange in places, but enjoyable nonetheless.

Excellent opportunity to see an assortment of Loop gear being put through its paces.

I just read this bit:

"Remember, before viewing the trailer please note that the DVD is rated PG17, it contains explicit language, profanity, drug use, nudity."

Sure this wasnt filmed at Haddo  :grin
