Hi folks

Haddo anglers have continued to enjoy plenty of surface activity this week, with most fish tempted in the top 6 to 8 inches of water. Claret Bumble, Sedgehogs, Grey Duster, Bushy Kate McLaren, Snatchers, Watson's Bumble, Black Gnat, Olive Emergers, Bloodworm and various white nymphs have been on the menu.

Alex Burnett enjoyed a great session with 29 trout up to 5 lb, Ewan Lindsay tempted 15 up to 4 lb and released a nice 8 lb brown on a second visit, Iain Armstrong had 15 up to 2 lb, Michael MacPherson 14 up to 8½ lb, George Clark 14 up to 2 lb, Michael Troup 11 up to 2 lb and Irvine Ross netted 10 fish up to 4 lb.

Best wishes
Mike
