Hi folks
Sedges, Spiders, Klinks, Deer Hair Emergers, Olives, Hoppers, CDCs, Bibios, Crunchers, Pheasant Tail and Hare's Ear Nymphs have been on the menu at Haddo this week :wink
The Brownies have continued to feed mainly on the surface, despite the ever changing and sometimes wild weather conditions.
Ewan Lindsay enjoyed a good session tempting 14 fish up to 5 lb and Colin Shand netted 9 including a cracking 7½ lb Brown which attacked his wee Bibio Hopper as soon as it touched the water. Davie Fraser from The Glen had 11 trout up to 3½ lb and the Rothes juniors also enjoyed some good dry fly sport, Craig Alexander catching 9 up to 3½ lb, Cameron Walker 6 up to 3 lb and Bailey Mone 5 up to 4½ lb ..... well done!
