Title: Forum Downtime

Sorry for the forum downtime folks :oops

It was beyond my control and an absolute basket to fix :z6

I've still got a fair bit to sort out, like links to the weather and the banner and stuff, but we've got the basics back and it doesn't look like we've lost anything. Let me know if you encounter any problems.
