Re - the last photo have you now employed a sherpa at Haddo  :z7

Hi Mike,
I do not know about the sherpa, but I doubt very much if the fish was as big as the gent is trying to make out!

Hi folks :cool:

The winner of the Haddo Winter League this year is Alex Burnett with 107 trout for his six 4 hr sessions from October to March, Jim Adie picks up the 2nd place trophy and Neil Garden the 3rd ...... Well done guys!

Alex was also top rod this week, tempting 22 fish up to 6½ lb for his session, Scott Sim had 16 up to 6 lb, James Watt 15 up to 12 lb, Jason Brown 15 up to 4 lb, Terry Novak 14 up to 7 lb, Norrie Hart 12 up to 10 lb, Peter Adam 11 up to 12 lb, Lenny Davidson 11 up to 6 lb and Jamie Harrison netted 10 fish up to 6 lb.

Not quite reaching the elusive 10 fish mark, Steven Sinclair caught 9 fish up to 6 lb on his "maiden voyage" in a float tube, Paul Black had 9 up to 12½ lb and Alan Baird netted 9 up to 10 lb. Malcom Mead, Chris Brynes, Dave Davies and Robin Smith also enjoyed some good sport with fish in the 10 to 13½ lb range.

I only made it because of the Recession,  :shock probably the only good thing to come out of it!!!!!!!!!!!!! :z16
