Hi folks

Ice early in the week, followed by the strong winds towards the end have kept things "interesting" at Haddo. Anglers adjusted to the conditions well and found Spiders, Alder Fly Nymphs, Damsels, Pheasant Tail Nymphs, Hare's Ear Nymphs, Buzzers, the Straggle Fritz Pennell and various lures to be on the menu.

Brian Liebenberg enjoyed a good session tempting 24 fish up to 10 lb, Ian Kerr had 16 up to 3 lb, Jim Eddie 15 up to 7 lb, Irvine Ross 12 up to 10 lb, Baz Robertson 12 up to 7 lb, David Moir 12 up to 4½ lb, Alex Burnett 11 up to 4 lb, Tam Greenock 10 up to 4 lb and Doug McKendrick caught the largest trout of the week when he released 5 fish up to 13 lb.

Best wishes
