Does anyone have any recomendations for tackle insurance?

Check with your Home Insurance folk , you may find you are already covered.

My "tackle"  :oops was covered for £1500 automatically with my household insurance under "personnal items"..however, I have extended it to £5000 for a cost, because I tend to carry a fair bit with me ;) Just make sure they accept lose when on the bank.
