Title: Haddo Trout Fishery ( to June 2nd )

Hi folks :cool:

Damsels, Diawl Bachs, spiders, buzzers, emergers and Hare's Ear Nymphs have been on the menu at Haddo this week.

Rod Mackay enjoyed a good session tempting 17 fish up to 3 lb on emergers, Kevin Cook fished the loch for the first time and netted 15 fish up to 7 lb, Phil Broadley had 15 up to 5 lb for his evening, Dave Olley 13 up to 15 lb in his float tube, Stuart Spence about a dozen up to 5½ lb and Richard Hambly caught 11 fish up to 6 lb for his afternoon session. Kevin Slessor, Kev Danby, Steven Craig and John Nicolson also had good sport with some nice fish in the 10 to 12 lb range.

Hi Mike i recognize the name Kevin Cook where does he come from i might know him.

looks like a great place to fish, I shall be visiting soon. Is all the fishing from boats? or is there some shore fishing? suitable for a beginner?

Fishing from boats or from float tubes only, suitable for anglers of all abilities  :wink

hey mike i was just wondering if there are any age restrictions on using the boats i.e over 16  ??
also do u do junior tickets if so what age for them ??
