Title: Midmar fishery?

Does anyone fish midmar fishery?? If so what tactics??

I feel a 'Brucie' moment coming on.... forgive the paraphrasing.... "typical small stillwater patterns and techniques apply"  :wink

Fished it a few times, good fun come the summer with nymphs/buzzers and dry fly (anything black at Midmar works for me) but like any other water when they're 'up' they're 'up' and when they're not they're.... errrrrr...... not  :oops

I know what you mean when i fished it i caught all my fish within the first 2 hours then absolutely nothing for 4 !
