Managed to pop out for 2 hours this morning.
arrived at the loch and there was hardly a breath of wind.
walked round the shore and could see the occasional rise - normally there is no sign of any fish !
sure enough small terrestrials were hatching and the light breeze was blowing them onto the water ! Bingo
still wasnt easy but caught 2 and missed 3

Well done sticking with it. I guess we can't catch them all, and I know I sure can't.
Good looking browns, and I like that reel too.
