with summer in full swing some hot temperatures its been fantastic to see dry flies doing so well , nothing like seeing a trout gulp down a fly from the surface to get the adrenaline pumping. we are open in the evenings Tuesday to Thursday and other nights by arrangement :z12 :z16
A few of the catches from this week
A. Murray with 37 fish on white fritz and budgie, R. Ewan with 28 fish on diawl Bach , J . MacLaine 25 fish on dry flies , J . McKay with 13 on a budgie and D . Bain 11 fish on diawl Bach to name a few
Delgatie Castle Trout Fishery is open seven days from 8am and visitors and novices are always welcome
Booking is not necessary and boats (where required) rods and tackle is available for hire at the fishery.
