Dunno ..... does identifying Stuart as the float tuber count? :z4

Cheers
Mike

Surprisingly it's not Stu......or Kev

Given that they fished the loch about 20 minutes after we did might give a clue the area of scotland (yes Noel :z4).

Hi Peter

This one is proving to be a difficult one for folk to name, quite understandable with so many lochs in Assynt.

This looks to me like a very "scenic" loch.

Would that be close enough :z4

We fish the lochs between Lochinver & drumbeg. This one we call the viewpoint, between Lochinver & clach Tol. No more clues  :z4 :z4 :z4

Good guess but way off the mark.

The answer is Loch Sgeireach which is just over the hill from the viewpoint at the top of the hiil on the road betwen lochinver & clach tol.

OK I'll go for something a bit different, Fly Fishing and its and its occasional paranormal manifestations.

Hugh Falkus wrote "Often I know beforehand I am going to catch a fish " that he attributed to Extra sensory perception.

Ian wood in 1957 called it the anglers extra sense.

Who am I quoting on the same subject ?

"It is as if there were some magnetic influence in the angler's confidence, which disposes the Salmon to take the fly"
