Is that the way fishing is. Whent fishing on saterday was a nice sunny day plenty of fish rising. Had 5 bites in total on a black damsel i only managed to hook 1 FN fish. I missed the other 4 its everytime i go fishin i miss about 3 out of 5 say so im i striking too early?. Soon as i see the fish take i strike or is it the memory in my line. It isnt the straightest line i do stretch it before i go fishin but doesnt make mutch diffrents. THANKS

If you watch the coils left in your line, when they start to straighten out. then lift and tighten (not strike)
The fish should be on at that point.
The coils will pull away from you with the fish (learn to spot this and your hook up rate will increase dramatically)
So the bendy line is an advantage :wink

Could be the fish are grabbing the marabou tail and haven't got the hook in their mouths
