Title: Stuck shuck emerger
Post by: Robert MacDonald-Lewis on 17/01/2022 at 18:30
Had a go at an idea I had for a stuck shuck emerger today, needs a little work on proportions. Also have some thoughts for further development of the pattern. Should be interesting to test these out.

Nice Robert  :)

Not sure about the shuck/tail, but it will be interesting to see how that looks when wet.

Cheers Mike, I have also been wondering how it will look when wet.  Wondering if the CDC would collapse and lose its shape.

Just put it is one of those C&F viewing cubes, first photo is when it was first dropped in, for the second two I rolled the shuck between my fingers under water. This made it sink.

Not going to be a true test of fishing conditions but a little closer.
